Customer Service is first and foremost at Western Bus Sales. We strive to always meet the customer's needs in the finest after-delivery care in the Pacific Northwest.

Our Service Shop is open 5 days a week to serve you from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

We are a NAPA Truck Service Center, with several ASE certified technicians on staff. We are now a NAPA AutoCare Center as well.

Our factory-trained maintenance staff of 13 Vehicle Service Technicians, managed by Colby Blagg, operate in 9 service bays located conveniently off Hwy 212 and Hwy 26 in Boring, Oregon.

We provide the following services:

We can assist any organization with maintenance contracts to provide quality service and maintenance at an affordable price.

In addition to our in-house service technicians, WBS is the only bus distributor in the Northwest to offer two full-time Field Service Representatives for personalized, on-site customer service and warranty work. Darin Blagg and Bill Clark are based throughout Oregon and Washington to provide efficient service work within your time frame.
