Spend 40 years building only Type A buses, and your focus becomes the road ahead. Way back in 1967, the company that would become the Collins Bus Corporation built the first Type A bus in North America. And from that first day forward, they have never looked back.
Collins products have become sales leaders by first leading the way in innovation and quality. They pioneered flat-floor design. They raised standards of safety by producing our own seats and seat belts. To meet today’s demands for quality and quantity, Collins is again moving forward, developing better ways to manufacture better buses of extraordinary value. One thing is certain. Collins will be with you for every mile of the road ahead.
