Liberty is pleased to offer a low-cost, ADA / D409 compliant lowered floor, rear-entry wheelchair accessible minivan on Ford Windstars, Ford Freestars/Mercury Montereys and Dodge Grand Caravans.

Our conversion is designed with the goal of providing affordable, safe, reliable and convenient mobility alternatives for people with disabilities that require the use of a wheelchair or scooter.

We carry a selection of 2003 and newer converted Ford Windstar, Ford Freestar/Mercury Monterey and Dodge Grand Caravan wheelchair accessible vans in stock. These wheelchair minivans are either new or fully reconditioned, certified and in most cases, still under factory warranty, in various color and option configurations.

All wheelchair access modifications (conversions) are brand-new.

Ford Freestar/Mercury Monterey

• High strength steel frame construction with reinforced multilayer composite sound absorbent floor
• Non-skid surface, counter-balanced, bi-fold manual rear ramp with piano hinge, dual handles and 4" side barriers
• Universal Q’Straint/SureLok 4-point retractable securement system including lap & shoulder belt
• OEM fuel tank (76L) with protective shield
• Zinc plated, e-coated, stainless steel and aluminum corrosion-resistant components with Sound Barrier undercarriage insulation
• All Liberty Grand Caravans include flexible seating configurations with interchangeable locations which permit up to 7-person seating capacity.
